Which Asian country have you visited and would recommend for a good holiday?

I haven’t been to any Asian countries, but I would definitely recomend Japan. It is the perfect place for shopping and eating and is also very good for a holiday.
If you prefer the cityscape then go to Hong Kong. It’s the awesome place in terms sightseeing, shopping, entertainment. Have fun!
I think Japan is a good choice. It’s the only Asian country I’ve visited but it has a good blend of traditional and modern attractions. If you love shopping then Tokyo has all you need, from electronics to designer goods, it’s all there. It will also satisfy your need for good food with a huge range of restaurants, with everything from traditional Japanese cuisine to very inexpensive Chinese restaurants in the back streets.
If you want to go sightseeing the West of Japan is where you should go, particularly Nara and Kyoto, with temples and ancient mountain villages and traditional Japanese gardens.
